If you have been living under a rock for the past few years, you may have missed watching the epic Game of Thrones. If you, like the most of the rest of the world, have been checking it out, then you simply have to be excited for the next season.
The show is of course based on George R.R. Martin’s best-selling book series “A Song of Ice and Fire”. While many of us thought we never would be drawn into something like a medieval fantasy epic, we were wrong. Game of Thrones appears on HBO, and a new season is coming up soon. The show focuses on the powerful regional families, and all the people that surround them. You will see kings and queens, criminals and knights, heroes and horrific villains, bastards and noblemen, not to mention a whole lot of naked women. All of these people are part of a deadly game to control the region of Westeros, and to sit on top of the Iron Throne.
The show has been ridiculously successful, and each season has been as good, or better, than the last. Fans of the show, and there are many, are thrilled the next season is about to begin. The smoking hot Melanie Liburd will be appearing on the show as the new Red Priestess. Her role will be different than the old Red Priestess, Melisandre, which is a good thing, since Melisandre really made a huge mess of things. Melanie will be an additional Red Priestess though, not a replacement, so things could get interesting. Melanie has appeared on Dracula and CSI: Crime Scene investigation in the past, and will keep up the Game of Thrones tradition of having some of the hottest actresses around on the show.
